NBFIRA Call for Comments on Supervisory Levies and Licensing Fees Proposal 2025/2026

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites non-bank financial institutions and domestic service providers to submit comments on its proposed supervisory levies and licensing fees for the fiscal year ending March 2026, alongside proposals for renewing licenses for its Security Information and Event Management system. Bidders must hold valid Public Procurement Regulatory Authority registration under ICT Technical Support Services and submit tender documents by 10:00 hours on 7 May 2025, while general comments must reach the BudgetComments email or Gaborone post office by 15 January 2025. Tender documents are available for a P250 fee, with youth companies eligible for a 50 percent discount, and all submissions will be evaluated under standard procurement conditions without NBFIRA being bound to accept the lowest bid.
