Notice of Consultation Paper Release: CP 169 (11 Dec 2025)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper No 169 – Miscellaneous for public review. The regulator requires industry stakeholders to submit written feedback on the proposed policy updates and regulatory adjustments. All comments must be received by 10 January 2026 via the DFSA website.
