Order on the Repeal of the Order on Risk Labeling of Investment Products
The Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs issued this order to formally repeal the 2016 regulation concerning risk labeling of investment products. Order on the Repeal of the Order on Risk Labeling of Investment Products
§ 1. Order No. 553 of 1 June 2016 on risk labeling of investment products is repealed.
§ 2. This Order enters into force on 1 January 2023.
