Implementation of ESMA guidelines on scenarios and indicators for CCP recovery plans under Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/23
The French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with ESMA guidelines ESMA91-372-1702 and ESMA91-372-1701 regarding scenarios and indicators for Central Counterparty (CCP) recovery plans. These guidelines specify the types of scenarios CCPs must develop, their characteristics, update frequency, and the minimum qualitative and quantitative indicators to be included. Authorized CCPs in France are required to fully implement these measures in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
