The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 36-N to align requirements for managers and qualifying holders with international standards. This resolution introduces specific amendments to Regulation 4/01 concerning the registration and licensing of investment companies and to Regulation 4/05 regarding the qualification of managers and investment service providers. The measures aim to increase the effectiveness of existing procedures and entered into force on the day following their official publication on March 13, 2025.
