Notice of Amendments to Legislation (16 Feb 2016)
The DFSA Board issued ten new Rulemaking Instruments to amend and replace multiple modules of the DFSA Rulebook, including General, Fees, Collective Investment, Islamic Finance, Markets, and Conduct of Business. These updates, finalized following the consultation period under Paper No. 104 and incorporating stakeholder feedback, will come into force on 3 April 2016. The revised modules are now available on the DFSA website, with earlier versions archived for reference.
