CMN Resolution No. 5,302 — Amending the Annex to CMN Resolution No. 4,995 of March 24, 2022

CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,302, OF MAY 5, 2026

Amends the annex to CMN Resolution No. 4,995, of March 24, 2022.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in an extraordinary session held on May 5, 2026, considering the provisions of Article 4, caput, items VI, VIII, and X, of the aforementioned Law,

RESOLVES:

Art. 1 The annex to CMN Resolution No. 4,995, of March 24, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on March 28, 2022, shall enter into force with the alterations contained in the annex to this Resolution.

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
