The DFSA Board issued amendments to the Dubai Financial Services Authority Rulebook following a consultation period on Papers No. 122 and 127, incorporating stakeholder feedback into updated General Module (GEN) and Conduct of Business (COB) modules. These changes are formalized through Rulemaking Instruments No. 241 and No. 259 of 2019, which repeal and replace the existing GEN and COB sections with revised versions.
