The resolution mandates that central securities depositories report aggregated data on credits not covered by the ordinary guarantee of the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) starting November 1, 2026. Additionally, it establishes the definition of Reference Asset (AR) for MATPF calculations and updates accounting rubrics for FGC contribution bases.
