The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission announced the deployment of a new online Prudential Submission Platform to automate and streamline Micro and Macro Prudential Reporting Framework data collection. Registrants must prepare their Q4 2025 submissions by January 31, 2026, for upload via the web-based application scheduled for launch in February 2026. The Commission will conduct one-on-one training sessions between February 2 and 13, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition for all broker-dealers, investment advisers, and underwriters.

We are pleased to announce the deployment of our new online Prudential Submission Platform. This platform has been designed to streamline the collection, validation, consolidation, and storage of all Micro and Macro Prudential Reporting Framework (“MMRF”) data. It will also modernize and automate the current manual MMRF process, supporting greater operational efficiency and enhanced data-driven decision-making. Key features of the new solution include: • Real-time data accuracy and completeness checks at the point of entry. • An embedded online validation process with immediate error notifications. • An enhanced user experience through real-time feedback, automated reminders, and instant alerts for submission anomalies. Once implemented, future phases of the platform will include capabilities for stakeholders to autogenerate visual reports and indicators for improved analytics and monitoring. The new platform will be a web-based application accessible via the Commission’s corporate website and is scheduled to be introduced to the market in February 2026 to support the submission of Q4 2025 (October to December 2025) MMRF Reports.

All registrants are expected to have their MMRF quarterly submissions prepared by January 31st, 2026. During these sessions the MMRF team will provide hands-on guidance on navigating and using the new platform effectively.
