Guidelines on Submission of Revised NDF Transactions Report and Compliance Certification via XML through PRIME
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates that supervised financial institutions submit revised Non-Deliverable Forward transaction reports and compliance certifications using Extensible Mark-up Language (XML) format through the Prudential Reporting Innovation and Monitoring Engine. Institutions must adhere to specific deadlines, submitting NDF reports within two banking days after the reference period and compliance certifications within 15 banking days after the reference quarter. Live submissions via PRIME commence for the reference periods ending November 24 and December 31, 2025, replacing previous email-based reporting methods.
