CIMA Cancels Director Registration of Mr. Gordon Kenneth Ferguson Under the Directors Registration and Licensing Act
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the director registration of Mr. Gordon Kenneth Ferguson effective 9 August 2023 due to his contravention of the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014. The Authority determined that Mr. Ferguson failed to submit prescribed information and pay the required annual fees for 2021 through 2023 by the statutory January 15 deadline. This cancellation, executed under section 25(2)(a) of the Act, formally removes his registered director status following a prior warning notice issued in March 2023.
