FSCA Communication 19 of 2025 on the Cross-Sector OMNI-Risk Return
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has published the draft OMNI-Risk Return template and an Explanatory Guide to initiate a consultation on its cross-sector supervisory risk model. This stakeholder input will directly shape transitional arrangements and prepare the sector for a mid-2026 industry pilot ahead of the full Integrated Regulatory Solution rollout in September 2026.
