PUBLIC OFFERING NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS

CONSTRU-SERVICES, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as the issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on May 29 it will begin the public offering of its token "$DSRE01", structured to finance the Desiré Towers real estate project, located in the Mejicanos district, San Salvador Centro municipality, San Salvador department. The National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador has approved the public issuance of the "$DSRE01" token, under registry entry AD-00073.
