Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations regarding the countercyclical buffer rate
Finansinspektionen issued regulations on 28 September 2021 to repeal its previous rules (FFFS 2014:33) concerning the countercyclical buffer rate. The authority exercised its powers under the Special Supervision and Capital Buffers Ordinance to mandate this repeal. The previous regulations are scheduled to cease application on 15 October 2021.
