A List of Financial Intermediaries Duly Registered Issued Annually by the CMA

The Capital Markets Authority, jointly with the Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, issued Decision No. 30 to officially publish and notify the annual roster of registered financial intermediaries ranked by assets. The decision mandates the inclusion of 28 specific entities, such as Julius Baer (Lebanon) S.A.L. and Al Arabiya International for Development and Investment S.A.L., in the Official Gazette upon execution. It takes immediate effect and requires formal notification to all relevant parties as necessary for ongoing regulatory compliance.

Decision No. 30 List of Financial Intermediaries

The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, based on Law No. 234 dated June 10, 2000, particularly Article 6 thereof, and on Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011, decides as follows:

Article 1: The list of registered financial intermediaries is published as follows, according to assets: 1 - Julius Baer (Lebanon) S.A.L. 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - Al Arabiya International for Development and Investment S.A.L. 6 - 7 - 8 - Beirut Financial Intermediary Company S.A.L. 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 -
