CL-2025-040: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral issued Circular Letter CL-2025-040 to notify authorized agent banks and foreign exchange corporations that the BSRD for Schneider Electric (Philippines) Inc. has been reported lost. The regulator requires that the lost document, originally issued in 1997, must not be honored for foreign exchange transactions if found and presented. This directive is issued pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions as amended.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
