Notice of Amendments to Legislation May 2023
The DFSA Board has enacted four new Rulemaking Instruments to amend the DFSA Rulebook, effective 1 June 2023. These instruments repeal and replace the General, Glossary, Conduct of Business, and Anti-Money Laundering modules with updated versions following the conclusion of Consultation Paper No. 148. Updated modules and detailed appendices are now available on the DFSA website, with earlier versions archived for reference.
