The Palestine Monetary Authority mandates all banks operating in Palestine to publish their periodic financial statements on their official websites by the end of March and September annually, effective for the 2017 financial year. This requirement expands upon existing publication rules by specifying that the disclosed statements must include the Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Shareholders' Equity, and Statement of Cash Flows. The directive is issued under Article 50 of the 2010 Banks Law and builds upon previous 2010 instructions to enhance financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
