The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 108 A on June 30, 2025, granting a Foreign Exchange Trades License to the Branch Office No. 3 of Alexars Limited Liability Company. This authorization permits the entity to conduct exchange office branch activities at its specified location in Yerevan, following a positive recommendation from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution entered into force upon registration with the company or delivery to its authorized representative.

Granting an Exchange Office Branch Activity License to “Alexars”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;
Whereas on June 9, 2025 “Alexars”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for a request to seek an exchange office branch activity license ; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 29, dated June 25, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a Foreign Exchange Trades License to the Branch Office No. 3 of “Alexars” Limited Liability Company for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: Erebuni Str. 30, Premises #49, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Alexars” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Alexars” Limited Liability Company.
