ICSP (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2014
The Minister of Finance, Trade and Investment enacted Statutory Instrument 123 of 2014 to amend Schedule 2 of the International Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003. The regulations insert "excluding any sum paid as a penalty" into paragraph 1(e), Column 2, Item (iii) of the schedule. Issued under section 20 of the parent Act on December 31, 2014, this amendment clarifies penalty exclusions for licensed international corporate service providers.

International Corporate Service Providers (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the International Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003 the Minister of Finance, Trade and Investment hereby makes the following Regulations—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the International Corporate Service Providers (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2014.
2. Schedule 2 of the International Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003 is hereby amended in paragraph 1 (e) in the entries under Column 2, by inserting in Item (iii) the words "excluding any sum paid as a penalty".
