Retirement Benefits Schemes (General Register) Regulations 2004
The Isle of Man Treasury issued these regulations to establish and maintain a general register of registrable retirement benefits schemes under the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000. The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority is required to compile the register using information from public documents and data reasonably requested from scheme trustees, administrators, and participating employers. The regulations specify the detailed information to be recorded for each scheme and define the categories of persons and bodies entitled to access extracts from the register.
