This authorization permits the entity to conduct relevant foreign exchange dealer-brokerage activities at its registered address in the Ararat region. The resolution entered into force immediately upon its adoption pursuant to relevant Armenian laws governing the Central Bank and anti-money laundering regulations.

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“p”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; Whereas the provisions of the Law No. HO-187-N “On Amendment to the Republic of Armenia Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing”” entered into force starting April 15, 2020, establishing that the parties engaged in foreign exchange dealer-brokerage trades are not considered to be a reporting entity; In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (1) “e” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 37 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative Legal Acts”; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to “Inessa”, a Limited Liability Company, for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: Str. 28, #1/1, Geghanist community, Ararat region, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
