Decision on Standard Format of the Contract on Scheduled Payments of Accumulated Funds of the Voluntary Pension Fund Member

The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this Decision to establish the mandatory standard format for contracts regarding scheduled payments of accumulated funds for voluntary pension fund members. The regulation incorporates a specific form as an integral part of the document, which governs the contractual terms for these financial arrangements. The Decision entered into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette and applies retroactively to April 1, 2006.

RS Official Gazette, No. 27/2006 Pursuant to Article 62, paragraph 3 of the Law on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Schemes (ìRS Official Gazetteî, No. 85/2005), Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues the following DECISION ON STANDARD FORMAT OF THE CONTRACT ON SCHEDULED PAYMENTS OF ACCUMULATED FUNDS OF THE VOLUNTARY PENSION FUND MEMBER

  1. This Decision shall govern the standard format of the contract on scheduled payments of funds accumulated on the account of the voluntary pension fund member.
  2. The standard part of the contract referred to in Section 1 hereof shall be given on the form submitted alongside this Decision and forming the integral part thereof.
  3. This Decision shall come into effect on the day following its publication in the ìRS Official Gazetteî, and shall be applied as of April 1, 2006. D. No. 38 Governor March 28, 2006 of the National Bank of Serbia Belgrade Radovan Jelaöić
