Circular CSSF 25/871 — Update of Circular CSSF 15/627

The CSSF issued Circular 25/871 to update Circular 15/627 regarding new monthly reporting requirements designated as U 1.1. This amendment introduces a new monthly reporting framework for supervised entities to be submitted to the CSSF. The updated provisions become applicable on 1 December 2025, replacing the previous reporting schedule effective until 30 November 2025.
