ORDINANCE NO. 73-032 OF JUNE 22, 1973 TRANSFERRING TO THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE MALAGASY REPUBLIC THE ASSETS AND LIABILITIES OF THE MALAGASY ISSUING INSTITUTE AND THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS RELATED THERETO (J.O. NO. 918 OF JUNE 23, 1973, P. 1674) Article 1 - The assets and liabilities of the Malagasy Issuing Institute, as derived from the accounts finalized on June 30, 1973, along with the related rights and obligations, are transferred to the Central Bank of the Malagasy Republic. Art. 2 - The asset transfer operations referred to in Article 1 shall not give rise to the collection of duties or taxes.
