Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia Number 11/20/DPM - Amendment to Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 7/21/DPM dated July 1, 2005 concerning Procedures for Safe Deposit of Securities, Important Documents and Valuables at Bank Indonesia

Amendment to this Circular Letter was made in order to amend the Attachment 1 on the Operational Area of the Head Office and Bank Indonesia Offices in the Safe Deposit of Securities, Important Documents and Valuables as follows:
addition of 2 (two) new Bank Indonesia Offices, namely Bank Indonesia Office Tegal and Bank Indonesia Office Pematangsiantar as Bank Indonesia Offices performing the safe deposit activities of Securities, Important Documents and Valuables;
safe deposits in the operational area of Bank Indonesia Office Gorontalo (Gorontalo Province) shall remain included within the operational area of Bank Indonesia Office Manado; and
safe deposits in the operational area of Bank Indonesia Office Serang (Banten Province) shall remain included within the operational area of Bank Indonesia Head Office.
The aforementioned amendment to the Circular Letter shall be effective as of August 4, 2009.
