DFSA Notice of Consultation Paper Release – Proposed Changes to FMT Jurisdiction and Enforcement Powers
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper Number 90 to propose amendments to the Financial Markets Tribunal jurisdiction and enhancements to its own enforcement powers. Regulated entities and market participants are invited to submit written comments on the proposed regulatory changes by the consultation deadline. The finalized amendments will streamline dispute resolution processes and strengthen the DFSA’s ability to enforce compliance across its regulatory perimeter.
