M-2024-009: Collection of the Annual Supervision Fees (ASF) for the Year 2024
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum M-2024-009 to establish guidelines for the computation and collection of the 2024 Annual Supervision Fees from supervised Pawnshops and Money Service Businesses. The fee for Pawnshops is calculated at P500 per office based on the December 2023 count, while MSB fees depend on their specific registration type, with combined fees applying to entities holding both registrations. Institutions must pay via the BSP's New Order of Payment System by May 31, 2024, and may submit billing exceptions within five working days of receiving the notice.
