Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Amendment No. 1) 2022
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market enacted regulations to amend the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2015. The amendments introduce a mandatory 14-day filing deadline for membership changes, establish late filing fees for non-compliance, and grant the Registrar authority to impose fines and charge fees for services.
