having reviewed Law No. 176 of 2018 on Regulating Financial Leasing and Factoring Activities,
having reviewed Presidential Decree No. 192 of 2009 Issuing the Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority,
having reviewed Authority Chairman Decision No. (926) of 2018 Regarding the Reconstitution of the Permanent Committee for Dispute Resolution in Insurance, Real Estate Financing, and Financial Leasing,
having reviewed Authority Chairman Decision No. (1555) of 2022 Regarding the Reconstitution of the Permanent Committee for Dispute Resolution in Insurance, Real Estate Financing, and Financial Leasing,
having reviewed Authority Chairman Decision No. (1578) of 2022 Regarding the Determination of the Competencies of Dr. [Title] Chairman, Vice Chairmen, and Assistants,
having reviewed the Authority's Human Resources Regulations,

Has Decided

Article One

Article One of Authority Chairman Decision No. 302 of 2022 is amended, and its text shall be as follows:
A permanent committee for dispute resolution in insurance, real estate financing, and financial leasing shall be established, chaired by Prof. Dr. Islam Azzam – Deputy Chairman of the Authority, and comprising the following members:

-	Mr. Alaa El-Zehiry
-	Advisor Reda Abdel Moeity (Deputy Chairman of the Committee)
-	Mr. Moamen Mokhtar
-	Dr. Adel Mohamed Hussein
-	Dr. Mahmoud Samaha
-	Dr. Khaled Mohamed Tahamy
-	Mr. Tarek Abdel Salam

Senior Advisor to the Chairman (Deputy Chairman of the Committee)
President of the Egyptian Insurance Association.
Secretary General of the Afro-Asian Insurance and Reinsurance Union.
Head of the Central Administration for Supervision and Control of Insurance Companies.
Head of the Central Administration for Supervision and Control of Private Insurance Funds.
Head of the Central Administration for Reinsurance.
General Manager of the General Insurance Complaints Department.

Article Two

The office of the Committee shall be managed by Mr. Mona Samy, Assistant Director of General Insurance Department at the Central Administration for Counterparties' Complaints.

Article Three

Except for the amendment referred to in the preceding article, the remaining provisions of Authority Chairman Decision No. 926 of 2018 shall remain in force.

Article Four

The application of Authority Chairman Decision No. (1555) of 2022, issued on 14/6/2023, is hereby repealed.

Article Five

This Decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance, and competent authorities are tasked with implementing it according to their respective jurisdictions.
