Circular No. 77/2025: Authorization of National Security Forces Financial Transactions
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 77/2025 to instruct all banks operating in Palestine to recognize the authorized signature of Colonel Ahmed Abdul Karim Isa for National Security Forces financial facilities. This authorization is effective from June 29, 2025, and supersedes previous arrangements as per the attached signature model. Banks are required to implement the legal provisions outlined in the letter from the Commander of the National Security Forces immediately.

Subject: Letter from the Commander of the National Security Forces
Attached is a letter from Major General Ibrahim Khalil Al-Abd, Commander of the National Security Forces, regarding the approval of the signature of Colonel Engineer Ahmed Abdul Karim Isa Jumah (Director of National Security Financial Administration) on all transactions related to facilities for the National Security Forces, effective from June 29, 2025, according to the attached signature model.
Accordingly, all banks are requested to implement the legal requirements stipulated in the aforementioned letter in accordance with standard procedures.
