Bank of Portugal issued Notice No. 1/2021 to amend Notice No. 11/2014 regarding prudential supervision. The regulation applies to factoring companies, mutual guarantee societies, investment companies, financial leasing companies, and credit financial societies. It entered into force on April 6, 2021, following its publication in the Official Gazette on April 5, 2021.
