External Circular Letter SG-IT-0209-2026, Treasury Service Hours for July 2026 in Bogota
The Industrial and Treasury Sub-Management issued Circular SG-IT-0209-2026 to announce modified treasury service hours in Bogota for July 2026 due to a public holiday and internal administrative reasons. Cash services at the Calle 13 counter will be suspended on July 13, while both the Calle 13 counter and the Cash Central transporters' counter will operate on a reduced schedule from 7:00 am to 10:30 am on July 15 and July 23. All other business days in July will maintain their usual operating hours, with inquiries directed to the Treasury Department's Operations Directorate.

Dear Sirs/Madams: We are pleased to inform you of the following changes in public and financial entity service hours for treasury services in Bogota, on the following dates in July, due to a new public holiday and internal administrative reasons:
- July 13: Cash services will not be provided at the treasury counters for the public on Calle 13 nor at the counters for value transporters at the Cash Central, on account of the Holiday in honor of the Virgin of Chiquinquirá
- July 15: Cash services at the treasury counters for the public on Calle 13 will be provided from 7:00 am to 10:30 am
- July 23: Cash services at the treasury counters for the public on Calle 13 and at the counters for value transporters at the Cash Central will be provided from 7:00 am to 10:30 am On the other business days in July, services will be provided during the usual hours.
