Repeal of Decision No. 14 on Collective Investment Schemes and Decision No. 15 on Islamic Collective Investment Schemes
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon repeals Decision No. 14 on Collective Investment Schemes and Decision No. 15 on Islamic Collective Investment Schemes, replacing them with the provisions of Series 8000. Affected companies must continue submitting required data and Annexes 3 and 4 to the Authority's Communication and Research Department. This announcement takes effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette on March 5, 2019.
