The Central Bank of Seychelles has discontinued the quarterly submission of the Data Collection Template (DCT) as part of its revised Risk-Based Supervision framework. This change takes immediate effect for reporting periods starting in January 2026, while all other existing reporting obligations remain unchanged. The revision aligns with the regulator’s proportionality objectives following recent refinements to internal assessment processes, streamlining compliance for commercial banks and other designated financial institutions.
