The Prudential Control Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Articles L. 518-2 and following and L. 612-24; Having regard to Decree No. 2009-268 of March 9, 2009, relating to the external control of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations and taken in application of Article L. 518-15-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code; Decides:
Article 1
Article 2 - For the application of these instructions, the general manager mentioned in Article L. 518-11 of the Monetary and Financial Code is the executive of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
Article 3 - Upon request by the Supervisory Commission of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, adaptations to the characteristics of its individual situation regarding the content and deadlines for submission provided by the applicable instructions may be taken by specific decision.
