Circular 07/2023: Implementation of Security Updates on ZIPSS, CSD, and EBOP Network Infrastructure
The Bank of Zambia requires all commercial banks and designated financial participants to implement final security updates on the ZIPSS, CSD, and EBOP network infrastructure. Participants must execute these changes during their assigned slots between April 6 and April 10, 2023, following a consultant-facilitated transition with no intermediate rollback period. Failure to complete the updates within the scheduled timeframe will result in immediate suspension of access to the affected payment and settlement systems.
