Final Report on Technical Advice concerning the Prospectus Regulation and RTS updating the CDR on metadata
The European Securities and Markets Authority issued this final report to provide technical advice to the European Commission on implementing the Listing Act amendments to the Prospectus Regulation. The advice addresses the standardised format of prospectuses, new disclosure requirements for non-equity securities with ESG objectives, Universal Registration Document content, and scrutiny procedures.
