Abstract: As a follow-up to the issuance of POJK No. 23 of 2024 concerning Reporting Through the OJK Reporting System and Financial Condition Transparency for Rural Banks and Sharia Rural Banks, it is necessary to refine the implementation provisions to align with existing legislation.

The legal basis for this OJK Circular Letter (SEOJK) is: Law No. 7 of 1992 as amended several times, lastly by Law No. 4 of 2023; Law No. 21 of 2011 as amended by Law No. 4 of 2023; and POJK No. 23 of 2024.

This OJK Circular Letter regulates further explanations, including the list of periodic and ad-hoc reports submitted through the OJK Online Reporting Application (APOLO), the format and procedures for compiling and submitting reports, the procedure for submitting reporting officers, requirements for supporting reporting equipment, and examples of reporting sanctions.

The list of periodic and ad-hoc reports submitted through APOLO refers to Appendix I, which is an integral part of this OJK Circular Letter.

The format and procedures for compiling monthly periodic reports refer to Appendix II, which is an integral part of this OJK Circular Letter.

The format and procedures for compiling annual reports and public financial reports refer to Appendix III, which is an integral part of this OJK Circular Letter.

The format and procedures for compiling ad-hoc reports refer to Appendix IV, which is an integral part of this OJK Circular Letter.

The format for letters of appointment or changes of reporting officers refers to Appendix V, which is an integral part of this OJK Circular Letter.

Notes: This OJK Circular Letter takes effect on December 1, 2024.

Upon the effective date of this OJK Circular Letter: a) OJK Circular Letter Number 16/SEOJK.03/2019 concerning Amendments to OJK Circular Letter Number 39/SEOJK.03/2017 concerning Annual Reports and Public Financial Reports of Rural Banks; and b) OJK Circular Letter Number 12/SEOJK.03/2022 concerning Monthly Reports of Rural Banks, are revoked and declared invalid.
