Capital Markets Authority Decision No. 36: List of Duly Registered Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon, through the Governor of the Central Bank, issued Decision No. 36 to officially publish a list of duly registered financial intermediation institutions. Grounded in Laws No. 234 and 161, the decision formally recognizes specific licensed entities including Beirut Brokerage Corporation, Master Capital Group, HSBC Financial Services (Lebanon), and Shenandoah Consulting. CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY DECISION NO. 36 LIST OF FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION INSTITUTIONS The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 234 dated 10/06/2000 in particular Article 6 thereof, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011, Declares as follows: Article 1: The duly registered list of Financial Intermediation Institutions shall be published as follows: 1- 2- 3- 4- 5- Arab International Development & Investment CO.
