Decision amending the Decision on Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Using and Packaging
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend the pricelist for gold and silver jubilee coin collections. The amendment establishes specific prices of 484.00 EUR for a 10 Perpers gold coin, 66.00 EUR for a 1 Perper silver coin, and 534.00 EUR for a combined set. This decision enters into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 point 3 and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10, 06/13) and in conjunction with Article 5 of the Decision on Issuing Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins (OGM 24/16), the Central Bank of Montenegro Council, at its meeting held on 7 April 2017, passed the following DECISION amending the Decision on Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Using and Packaging Article 1 In the Decision on Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Using and Packaging (OGM 31/16), the Pricelist which is attached herein and makes an integral part thereof, shall be amended, worded as follows: “Pricelist of the Collections of Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins EUR 1 One gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers 484.00 2 One silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper 66.00 3 A set (one gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper) 534.00” Article 2 This decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
