Instruction No. 2018-I-14 of July 11, 2018 amending Instruction No. 2017-I-07 regarding the composition of approval files for supplementary professional pension funds
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2018-I-14 to amend the administrative approval requirements for supplementary professional pension funds and related institutions. The directive updates the official mailing address for the General Secretariat of the Authority as specified in Article 3 of the original 2017-I-07 instruction. Additionally, it replaces the annex of the 2017-I-07 instruction with a new annex to ensure compliance with current prudential documentation standards.

Instruction No. 2018-I-14 amending Instruction No. 2017-I-07 dated July 19, 2017 regarding the composition of files for approval or transformation of administrative approval for supplementary professional pension funds, supplementary professional pension institutions, or supplementary professional pension mutuals or unions
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to Instruction No. 2017-I-07 regarding the composition of files for approval or transformation of administrative approval for supplementary professional pension funds, supplementary professional pension institutions, or supplementary professional pension mutuals or unions; Having regard to Instruction No. 2018-I-11 regarding national prudential documents to be communicated annually by supplementary professional pension organizations; Having regard to the opinion of the Consultative Committee on Prudential Affairs dated June 20, 2018; DECIDES:
Article 1: The address appearing in Article 3 of Instruction No. 2017-I-07 is replaced as follows: General Secretariat of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority Directorate of Authorizations 66-2789 Insurance Institutions Service 4, place de Budapest CS 92459 75 436 Paris cedex 09
Article 2: The annex to Instruction No. 2017-I-07 is replaced by the annex to this Instruction.
Article 3: This Instruction enters into force on the date of its publication.
