Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations governing investment services and activities
Finansinspektionen amended its regulations on investment services to introduce specific exemptions allowing securities institutions to receive third-party investment analyses without classifying them as prohibited compensation. These exemptions apply provided the institution discloses shared payments to customers and the issuer involved has a market capitalization or equity below EUR 1 billion. The amended regulations entered into force on 8 March 2022.
