The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 159A on 9 September 2025 to formally register the new edition of the rules for three specific pension funds managed by Amundi-ACBA Asset Management CJSC. The resolution grants approval for the Fixed Income Pension Fund, the Conservative Pension Fund, and the Balanced Pension Fund following a petition submitted by the asset manager on 1 September 2025. This regulatory action is based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee and enters into force the day following delivery to the authorized representative of the company.

ON REGISTERING THE RULES OF “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY FIXED INCOME PENSION FUND, “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY CONSERVATIVE PENSION FUND, AND “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BALANCED PENSION FUND AS APPROVED IN THE NEW EDITION
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point “ac” of Article 20, Part 4 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, and Point 16 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Issuing Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia”;
T aking into account that “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 1 September 2025 with a petition to register the rules of “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company Fixed Income Pension Fund, “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company Conservative Pension Fund, and “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company Balanced Pension Fund as approved in a new edition,
B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 39 of 3 September 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To register the rules of “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company Fixed Income Pension Fund as approved in the new edition.
To register the rules of “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company Conservative Pension Fund as approved in the new edition.
To register the rules of “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company Balanced Pension Fund as approved in the new edition.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
