Appendix to the Regulation of the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency Number 08/BAPPEBTI/PER-SRG/7/2008 regarding Warehouse Receipt Transfer Procedures and Guidelines
The Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) issued Regulation Number 08/BAPPEBTI/PER-SRG/7/2008 to establish standardized procedures and technical guidelines for the transfer of warehouse receipts in Indonesia. The regulation mandates that transfers must be reported to the Registration Center via the SRG-Online system within one day, subject to verification of the transferor's legitimacy, receipt validity period of at least five days, and absence of pledge status. It further defines specific authentication methods for bearer and order receipts and prescribes the use of standardized forms SRG-OPR.10 and SRG-OPR.11 for reporting and confirmation of ownership changes.
