The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 224 A to modify the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 342 held by Credex Limited Liability Company. This regulatory change authorizes the company to utilize a specific storage area for bulky items located at 1/4 Noubarashen highway in the Erebuni district of Yerevan. The resolution became effective upon registration with or delivery to an authorized representative of Credex LLC.

Modifying the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 342 Issued to “Credex”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 14 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017;
Whereas on December 11, 2025 “Credex”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the need to make use of the area intended for the storage of bulky items at the address: 1/4 Noubarashen highway, Erebuni district, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia,

E n a c t s:
Modify the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 342 issued to “Credex” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Credex” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Credex” Limited Liability Company.
