CSSF Circular 20/742: Entry into Force of Laws Amending AML Framework and Establishing Central IBAN Data System

The CSSF issued Circular 20/742 to announce the entry into force of two laws enacted on 25 March 2020. The first law amends the Law of 12 November 2004 regarding the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. The second law establishes a central electronic data retrieval system related to IBAN accounts and safe-deposit boxes.
