General Supervision of Conducts Intendancy Resolution No. 027-2026-SMV/11.1
The General Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV) issued Resolution No. 027-2026-SMV/11.1 to correct a typographical error in the name of the issuance program for La Joya Mining S.A.C. This rectification applies to the reasoning and operative part of the previous Resolution No. 026-2026-SMV/11.1 dated May 6, 2026. The correction is executed in accordance with Article 201, numeral 201.1, of the Unified Text of the General Administrative Procedure Law.

To rectify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 201, numeral 201.1, of the Unified Text of the General Administrative Procedure Law No. 27444, approved by Supreme Decree No. 006-2026-JUS, the typographical error in the denomination of the issuance program of La Joya Mining S.A.C. that exists in the reasoning and operative part of General Supervision of Conducts Intendancy Resolution SMV No. 026-2026-SMV/11.1 of May 6, 2026.
