CL-2024-007: Publication/Posting of Statement of Condition and/or Consolidated Statement of Condition
The Office of the Deputy Governor I Financial Supervision Sector mandates that all non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking functions or trust authority publish their December 31, 2023 Statement of Condition and Consolidated Statement of Condition in a newspaper of general circulation. Institutions must complete this publication within twenty working days of the circular's issuance, strictly adhering to the applicable Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions provisions. Furthermore, entities must email scanned PDF copies of the original and published statements, accompanied by the publisher’s certificate, to the regulator within twenty and five working days, respectively.
